Job SummaryThe Healthcare Field Recruiter is responsible for recruiting qualified applicants to provide our clients with home care services. They are responsible for ensuring quality providers are identified and screened to meet the needs of the company in order to give the best quality care to our patients. It is anticipated that this position will require 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities- Conduct research and proactively source candidates through various recruiting outlets and activities such as community events, workforce centers and other community venues
- Review, analyze and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs for our recruiting teams
- Make connections with Universities, Colleges, Schools and develop presentations to the staff as well as the students, programs, grant bases and other programs
- Participate in recruiting/hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract caregivers to the company; ensure we are competitive in the industry to ensure the highest level of applicants
- Recruit through various outlets including social media platforms to increase caregivers census
- Consistently meet monthly quotas for new caregiver applicants
- Develop strong, long-standing relationships with the caregivers
- Create and place ads that will inspire top notch caregivers to work for our company
- Research techniques used successfully by other companies and make suggestions to strengthen the recruiting process
- Undertake recruiting project tasks as required
- High School diploma required or college degree in related field is a plus
- Fluency in both English & Spanish
- Experience in HHA eXchange, Hub Spot, Medflyt is a plus
- Knowledge of navigating the internet as a source of recruitment
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting across various departments and roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as interact and communicate with all organizational levels on and off the field
- People-oriented; enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
