Position: Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,310 per week

Job Details:

• Based at North Colorado Medical Center with expected floating to Loveland Campus or Banner Fort Collins if needed

• Must be proficient in caring for surgical, orthopedic, and neurological medical/surgical patients

• NIHSS certification required and must be able to read telemetry strips

• Every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation

• Varied work schedule with flexible hours

• Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice

• BLS certification required

• Minimum of one year experience in acute care hospital setting required

• Experience must include working in acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse

• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area of practice

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies

• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities

• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and cultural needs

• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team

• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with facility policies
