The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO

- Budgeting & Forecasting
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience managing seasonal labor models and multi-state compliance is highly advantageous.
- Strong background in treasury, cash management, risk, and capital planning.
- Expertise in GAAP, financial modeling, financial controls, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence at the executive level.
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems;
Net Suite preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
