Salary: $22.98 per hour (plus benefits). Additional salary credit may be given for internal transfers and recent Greeley‑Evans School District 6 rehires, up to $36.84 per hour.

- Provide direct implementation of behavior‑analytic services under close supervision of a BCBA.
- Model and coach school staff and students to ensure fidelity in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Create and use instructional materials, visuals, and resources to support students.
- Assist with the design and delivery of introductory interventions and structures (e.g., visual schedules, work systems, basic reinforcement).
- Attend planning, IEP, and team meetings with professionalism and collaboration.
- Collaborate and consult with the school team and other specialists.
- Demonstrate competency with research‑based interventions (antecedent interventions, reinforcement techniques).
- Teach professional development courses, if required.
- Obtain and maintain Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification and implement de‑escalation strategies per CPI.
- Collect student data (ABC data, frequency data, preference assessments) with specialists.
- Implement skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction plans developed by supervisor.
- Provide modeling, coaching, and guidance to special education staff on implementing these plans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or 40‑hour RBT Credential training. - Preferred:
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training.
