Reports to: School Athletic Director

• Required: High School Diploma/GED
• CPR certification
• CHSAA test and regulation compliance
• Concussion Education (must complete training)
• Prior coaching experience in this sport
• Preferred: Bilingual skills

Responsible for all aspects of head coach, overseeing assistant coaches, and making decisions based on the direction of the program.

Organizing and supervising game help. Assists with supervision at activities.

• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards.
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position.
• Preference for leadership situations relating to meeting the social, emotional, psychological and academic needs of students.
• Preference for a work environment that values flexibility, conflict resolution, stress tolerance, quick decision‑making, and long hours.

Supervises assistant coaches. Knowledge, Skills, and Mental Ability as listed. Regular attendance required. Duties may change at any time.

Ability to sit for long periods, frequent distractions, visual, auditory, and ambulatory acuity. Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Travel as needed.
