Job Summary
We are seeking a  Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician  to join a well-established cancer care practice in  Greeley, Colorado . This permanent opportunity offers a balanced schedule, minimal call responsibilities, and the chance to focus on high-quality, patient-centered oncology care within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Assignment Details

Position Type:  Permanent

Schedule:

Day shifts with a flexible four-day work week

Call Coverage:  Minimal call shared among approximately 15 clinicians

Patient Population:  Adult patients

Practice Setting:  Outpatient-focused cancer care with strong multidisciplinary collaboration

EMR:  EPIC (system-wide)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care with a strong focus on  breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology

Manage a full spectrum of cancer diagnoses and treatment plans

Deliver high-quality patient care within an established practice alongside experienced physicians and APPs

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative case discussions

Contribute to and engage in ongoing clinical research initiatives, particularly in breast cancer

Utilize evidence-based practices and emerging therapies to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified  in Hematology & Oncology

Active Colorado medical license  or willingness to obtain

DEA license  (must be obtained prior to start)

Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred

Most recent  NPDB Self-Query Report  (dated within 30 days at time of presentation)
