Position SummaryThe BDC Agent plays a critical role in creating exceptional first impressions and lasting customer relationships. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
, generating appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow‑up.
BDC Agents work closely with sales and service teams to ensure every guest receives timely, professional, and friendly communication — laying the foundation for customer loyalty and long‑term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a professional, friendly, and prompt customer experience across all communication channels (phone, text, email)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Schedule and confirm guest appointments accurately and efficiently
- Track all customer interactions, communications, and appointments within the CRM
- Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date guest database to support repeat business
- Follow up with guests after vehicle purchases or service visits
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle or service inquiries
- Stay current on automotive terminology, products, services, and technology
- Complete required training, certifications, and ongoing development
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Serve as a direct contributor to guest loyalty and satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work Saturdays (no Sundays, no late nights!)
- $19/hour plus performance‑based bonuses
- Sundays off and no late nights
