Job Description
GeneralJob Duties
Operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility.
General Physical demandsInvolve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside.
On the job trainingInvolves customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.
Customer serviceSkills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co‑workers over the phone and in person.
