* Key Responsibilities:

*** Serve as the main point of contact for resolving daily employee and customer issues.
* Adjust for employee call-outs, shift work priorities, and monitor staff scheduling.
* Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure consistent quality from Customer Service Attendants.
* Interface with vendors for scheduling goods and services.
* Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance.
* Support the Site Manager in fixing unexpected equipment or system failures.
* Train and coach site employees using the Breeze Thru Training and Coaching Models.
* Perform Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed.
* Attend daily maintenance calls and other assigned meetings.

* Skills and Abilities

Needed:
*** Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proven leadership experience.
* Confidence and humility.
* Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking abilities.
* Ability to multi-task and engage in technical tasks.
* Computer proficiency is necessary.
** Work Environment:
*** Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.
* Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, high places, and risk of electrical shock.
* The work environment is usually loud.
** Physical Demands:
*** Standing up to 85% of the time, walking up to 25% of the time.
* Bending, lifting weights (15-50 lb.), and climbing heights (up to 30 ft).
* Able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
* Speaking, hearing, and having full extremity mobility.
