What would you do? The Lot Technician works to maintain a clean and professional lot appearance and lot inventory. They follow lot processes and assists the Sales Team, Sales Manager, Inventory Manager, and Recon Team in ensuring orderliness and efficiency in vehicle location and maintenance. This position detail cleans all sold cars for final delivery for the customer and is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
What will you be responsible for
- Thoroughly cleans and details vehicles for delivery to customers once sold.
- Assists with landscaping and snow/ice removal when necessary.
- Wipes down showroom cars weekly, assures cars are aligned neatly and adjusts them when they are not.
- Organizes and executes lot rodeos on a weekly basis.
- Updates lot inventory checklist each morning and notifies Manager upon completion.
- Follows through with any vehicle issues or missing items when checking vehicles.
- Fills up vehicles with gas when needed.
- Shuttles vehicles and customers between shops and dealerships as assigned.
- Completes department-specific project assignments at the direction of Leadership.
- Completes assigned opening or closing duties based on scheduled shift.
- Assists with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or detail shop is preferred.

- Base compensation, Hourly Non-Exempt $17.00 - $22.00 DOE
