Salary: $22.98 per hour plus benefits (Range 23). Additional salary credit may be given for internal transfers and recent Greeley-Evans School District 6 reh ires, up to $36.84 per hour plus benefits

Education/Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED, or a combination of related education, experience, and training.
- Preferred: First Aid or CPR training;
Bilingual in Spanish - Completion of one year of college or business school with classes involving computer training and accounting/bookkeeping
Job Description
Summary/Objective: Office manager is responsible for overall support structures for staff, students, principal, and community. The position requires utilizing technology software programs such as Google, Infinite Campus, Infinite Visions, Absence Management, and other programs. Building relationships with students and families is a key part of the office manager role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitors daily absences, maintains a list of substitutes, coordinates coverage for unfilled positions, and trains staff to use the substitute and leave-of-absence system. Develops training materials and keeps staff informed of changes.
- Maintains accurate records for school accounts including personnel and payroll; prepares monthly time and attendance reports; manages purchase orders and vendor relations; assists in budget preparation and transfers; handles student fund accounts; reconciles P-card statements and produces reports.
- Composes newsletters and correspondence; maintains school calendar; communicates via email with staff, parents, and stakeholders; ensures staff have necessary forms; assists in scheduling; maintains student database and class lists.
- Schedules principal appointments; manages principal calendar, building-use calendar, and family events; assists in developing staff and student handbooks; analyzes October count data; manages enrollment packets and parent questions; acts as administrative assistant to the principal.
- Coordinates field trips (bus ordering, clinic and kitchen coordination) and manages building keys.
- Serves as receptionist; screens and routes calls; operates standard office equipment; may train new personnel and supervise office staff/teacher candidates/student workers; assists with performance reviews; backup to Health Clerk.
Additional Qualifications: Ability to manage current e-mail systems, perform routine administrative tasks without direct supervision, handle interruptions, build effective relationships with staff, students, parents and community; proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint), Infinite Campus, Applitrack/Frontline, Adobe Acrobat, and other job-appropriate software; strong bookkeeping knowledge preferred; bilingual skills helpful (English/Spanish).
