Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT). Part-time option available: 20–30 hours/week (consistent schedule).

• Key management of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)
• Perform detailed pre- and post-service inspections of the variable fleet
• Coordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units
• Schedule with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs as agreed by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer (may be revised)
• Ensure refueling of returned units
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel; advise on activities to maintain health of fleet
• Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor
• Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve the program and create greater efficiency

• 1+ year(s) managing rental or fleet vehicles with understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service
• 2–5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment (highly desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to drive and be on your feet up to 8 hours
• Availability on weekends and some holidays

• Authorized to work in the US | Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record | High School Diploma
• 6+ months of rental car experience (at least 50 vehicles)
