Service Technician - Chesapeake Ford

Start making an impact on day one! We're looking for a Gas Technician to diagnose, service, and repair light- and medium-duty gas trucks and equipment (Ford/Kenworth experience a plus). If you're dedicated, detail-focused, and ready to grow, we'd love to have you on our team.

Compensation

* $22-$35/hr (based on experience)

* Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

* Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Responsibilities

* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on gas engines, drive trains, and related systems

* Complete inspections, document findings, and maintain accurate repair orders

* Follow safety and quality standards; keep work area clean and organized

* Collaborate with teammates, and communicate repair status professionally

* Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn;
Ford/Kenworth experience is a plus

* Reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
