Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Additional online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment.
