All Paws Veterinary Center, serving Upper Marlboro and the surrounding areas, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our compassionate and skilled team. - Practice type: GP
- Avg. daily patient volume: 17-20
- Support staff ratio: 2:1
- Case mix:
Wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, urgent care, emergency care, advanced surgeries and grooming - Technology & equipment:
Radiology, travel ultrasound (comes into the hospital), in-house labs, dental radiology, digital rads, small surgery suite, will be getting a dental x-ray machine soon - Team culture:

- $120,000 to $140,000 annual salary + 20 - 22% production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture
- Committed to continuous growth and excellence
- DVM with an interest in shelter medicine
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Interest in Surgery
