Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a fast-paced MS/Tele-ER role. The position involves providing patient care in a high volume setting where care for both Emergency Department boarders and medical-surgical telemetry patients is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for a diverse range of diagnoses, including complex admissions.

• Coordinate and provide nursing interventions in compliance with established protocols.

• Manage patients with a ratio averaging 1:6.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in rapid response and code situations as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN Maryland state license or Compact License.

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI.

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required, with a preference for telemetry and emergency experience.

• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

• Ability to float within various units as required.
