Machinery Maintenance Mechanic

Salary: $30-35/hr

Our client is looking for an innovative, confident, and results-driven Machinery Maintenance Mechanic. The Machinery Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.

• Perform 3 axis CNC machine setup, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance services.
• Perform emergency/unscheduled repair of production equipment during machine services.
• Prepare and set up CNC machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Perform various mechanical services including, but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Read and interpret electronic prints, die drawings and other supporting documentation to determine the requirements of the maintenance job to be performed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience with 3 axis CNC Machinery or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with maintenance of complex manufacturing machinery including 3 axis machines with multiple heads, solenoid valves, digital output, feed rate adjustments, etc.
• Knowledge of maintenance and electrical techniques
