OverviewThe Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role ensures operational excellence, consistency, compliance, and performance while driving efficiency, profitability, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee operations for multiple sites within the assigned region to ensure performance goals are met
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with site leaders to improve processes, workflows, and service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop site managers and regional support staff
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, performance management, and employee relations
- Address operational challenges, escalations, and customer issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of operations management experience, preferably in multi-site environments
- Proven leadership experience managing managers
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or service-based operations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience scaling operations or supporting growth initiatives

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$165,000/year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations. In addition to base pay, Brady
