ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take the lead on a wide range of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce proceedings from initiation through resolution, alimony, child support, child custody, and related real estate issues. You will also handle sensitive and high-stakes cases involving child abuse, domestic violence, and contested custody, where your advocacy can truly change outcomes.
