This is a full-time, role for an Estate Planning Attorney. The attorney will work closely with clients to provide expert legal guidance on estate planning, probate, and estate administration. Responsibilities include visioning and reviewing estate planning documents, assisting with succession planning, overseeing the administration of estates, and advising on estate law-related matters. Collaboration with clients to understand and address their needs will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring solutions aligned with their specific goals.

• Experience with Probate and Succession Planning processes
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Active bar admission in Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia (Maryland required; multiple preferred)
• Commitment to delivering client-centered solutions with attention to detail and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
