Solutions Sales Specialist
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 / annually with bonus potential
Key Responsibilities- This is an in office position with a flexible office base. Expect to spend approximately 80% of your time in the office and 20% traveling to support Northern locations.
- Strategically plan for and drive sales across all mediums of our existing digital platforms (including: web sales, mobile, System to System, EDI and proprietary solutions).
- Work closely with sales associates and leadership to identify customer needs and provide digital solutions based on those needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on developing high-performing banner ads, landing pages, digital promotions, and video content.
- Assist in driving incremental sales via digital platforms by working with the marketing team on quarterly promotions.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Sales/Marketing background
- Eager to master new software and technology.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, with attention to fine detail
- Results driven, self-starter and metrics focused with customer satisfaction a priority
- Familiarity with common B2B functions (e.g., electronic catalog management, invoicing, inventory management).
