As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you’ll be trained to repair and regularly service our dialysis machines. This position mainly covers the Largo, MD area (on-call pay, mileage reimbursement and additional travel pay outside your designated area may be offered).

DaVita has an open position for a Biomedical Services Specialist who keeps our life-giving dialysis treatments "up and running" every day in our clinics. Responsibilities and qualification details are listed below.

• Repair and service dialysis machines in clinical settings
• Maintain uptime of dialysis treatments and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Collaborate with clinic staff to support patient care continuity
• Be available for on-call rotations as needed to meet clinic needs

• High School Diploma (GED) – Accredited HSD or GED REQUIRED at onboarding
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; ability to drive between clinics with acceptable driving record
• Close proximity to the clinics and hospitals in the area to provide timely emergency response
• Mechanical abilities, repairs, electronics knowledge and diagnostics; prior related experience preferred; training and certification will be provided
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with DaVita teammates and use MS Office applications
