A community support organization is seeking a PRN Residential Counselor to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Responsibilities include supporting personal care, community integration, and implementing care plans. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of caregiving experience, and strong communication skills. This is a flexible role requiring availability for at least two shifts per month and is not a full-time position.
