Job title: Reception and Shop Team Leader

Location: Waxham Sands Holiday Park

Pay: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Shifts: Shifts will vary between the hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm

Contract: Permanent

As a Reception and Shop Team Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and owners, providing a warm welcome and friendly service.

What will you do?
  • Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests, and canine campers
  • Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
  • Perform front-desk duties, including answer the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
  • Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
  • Answer general questions about the local area and the park
  • Assist with the smooth running of the park shop, including stocking, opening and closing, stock rotations and stock orders
  • Deal with the cash handling for the shop banking, shop and cash‑up duties
  • Work collaboratively across the whole park team, assisting with other departments where required
What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will act with a ‘can do’, hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.

Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
