Registered Nurse (RN) Inservice and Risk Management Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive inservice programs for nursing staff, focusing on skill assessment, competency, and training

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to residents and staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address potential risks and concerns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff training and risk management activities

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care provided to our residents

• Contribute to a culture of safety and accountability within the facility

Registered Nurse (RN) Inservice and Risk Management Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, standards, and regulations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
