Job Summary:

Highfield Gardens Care Center of Great Neck, a sub-acute and long-term care facility in Great Neck, NY, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time day shift basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with our facility's standards and policies

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including medication administration, treatments, and resident care

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality care

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New York

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
