We’re seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to support daily financial operations and strengthen overall financial accuracy. In this role, you’ll handle general ledger activities, oversee month-end close, manage indirect tax compliance across multiple regions, and ensure financial processes run efficiently. You’ll analyze costs, compare budgets to actuals, and provide insights that help improve profitability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Accountant:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis

• Manage indirect tax filings across U.S., Canada, and European jurisdictions

• Analyze costs, monitor variances, and assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial waste

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards

Qualifications of Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including work in manufacturing or distribution

• Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle or similar)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage complex tasks
