Site Manager

Location: Great Malvern

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role in their Small Works division, based in Malvern. You will be responsible for managing a variety of smaller-scale commercial projects, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, and quality.

The Role:

Managing day-to-day site operations on small-to-medium commercial projects

Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to keep projects on programme and budget

Ensuring health & safety and site compliance standards are maintained

Liaising with clients, project teams, and senior management

The Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience as a Site Manager on small-to-medium commercial projects

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

Experience in schools, healthcare, MOD, or leisure sectors is desirable

Salary & Package:

Up to £50,000 per annum

£5,500 car allowance
