Contracts Manager

Location: Great Malvern

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role based in Malvern, overseeing a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges, universities, and leisure centres.

The Role:

Full management of contract administration and delivery on high-value commercial projects

Reviewing, negotiating, and managing subcontractor and client contracts

Monitoring project costs, variations, and final accounts

Ensuring compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal obligations

Liaising with project teams, clients, and senior management to resolve commercial issues

The Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects

Strong track record in schools, healthcare, MOD, or leisure sectors

Experience with in Tier 1 contracting environments is highly desirable

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills

Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

Salary & Package:

Up to £100,000 per annum

£5,500 - £6,000 car allowance
