Fantastic opportunity for a Caretaker to work with a leading Housing Provider in the South Worcestershire Area.

My client is looking for a self‑motivated, and experienced Caretaker for a role based in the Malvern area of South Worcestershire.

Work will mainly involve cleaning communal areas and touchpoints, rubbish removals, removal of fly‑tipping, some basic grounds maintenance, gardening and graffiti removal.

Start date:

Accepting applicants that can start immediately.

Hours:

37 hours per week.

Location:

Malvern and surrounding areas.

Duration: 2 months with the possibility of an extension.

Pay rate: £14.50.

• Driving licence (desirable but not essential)
