This position will focus on avionics tasks while performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to support a fleet of MH-139 at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The role follows United States Air Force approved maintenance procedures and Supplier approved Ground Operating Procedures (GOP) MH-139A.

Responsibilities
  • Perform aircraft maintenance transit inspections and fault resolution.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories.
  • Conduct preflight, in-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties such as flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
  • Clean parts using cleaning solutions, polishing and lapping compounds.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • Handle moderately complex issues and refer more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
  • Maintain solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Qualifications
  • Secret Clearance (interim Secret to start).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum four (4) years of aviation experience, including previous helicopter experience.
  • Pass DOT ground support physical.
  • Valid U.S. passport.
  • Valid driver’s license.
