• Apply coats of paint, varnish, stains, enamels or lacquers to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings and fixtures.
• Demonstrate the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrate the ability to deal with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and manage conflict.
• Perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned and follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Comply with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade or vocational school graduate or one (1) year of experience as a painter; or one to three (1-3) years as a painter's apprentice considered desirable.
