Responsibilities- Bakery clerks are responsible for displaying said goods and items.
- Clerks operate scales, slicers, wrap and price items within the bakery department.
- They will ice pastries and decorate cakes; fill displays while also assisting customers with purchases and any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bakery clerks are responsible for maintaining a clean work area and following all safety rules set in place by the store.
- Clerks must adhere to strict standards of sanitation, food safety and personal hygiene.
