Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by interfacing with existing guests and following up on inquiries.;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Remain informed about promotions and marketing initiatives and inform guests accordingly.;
