• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Offers care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors influencing patient flow.
• Communicates with office/clinic physicians about changes in patients’ status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Demonstrates ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and adapt to constantly changing situations.
• Manages interactions with a variety of people, handles stressful situations, and resolves conflict.
• Performs all assigned job duties and tasks, adhering to licensing board regulations and Benefis Health System policies.

• Current state registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
