Requirements:
Active RN license
Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Previous acute care experience required
Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor bed availability and optimize patient flow
Serve as clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
