Travel Nurse RN - CVICU

Job Summary

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Great Falls, Montana. This is a 13‑week assignment, 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week with travel type employment.

• Provide critical care to patients with potentially life‑threatening heart conditions.
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications.
• Take samples for diagnostic tests; order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Apply hemodynamic, phlebotomy and IV protocols.
• Be called in for emergencies to provide CPR and operate defibrillators hospital‑wide.
• Educate patients and family members on how to manage recovery at home.

• Certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience, preferably cardiovascular intensive care.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for long periods; ability to lift up to 20‑pound objects and occasionally up to 50‑pound patient transfers.
• Strong coping skills for a fast‑paced, urgent and critical care environment.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
• Eligible to travel and willing to relocate to Great Falls, Montana.
