We are seeking a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! This role is central to delivering exceptional patient care—through assessment, education, treatment, and prevention—while working closely with providers and care teams. • Coordinate and support patient care alongside providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Review and update medical records to ensure accuracy before visits
• Screen patients, gather medical histories, and assess immunization needs
• Prepare patients and assist with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per provider orders
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions, prevention, and care plans
• Document all encounters and follow-ups in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Facilitate specialty referrals and connect patients with community resources
• Participate in team huddles, peer reviews, and Quality Improvement activities
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and Alluvion’s mission-driven values

Education & Licensure:

• BLS required

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in primary care or equivalent setting, preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and patient education abilities
• Comfort with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology
• Work with patients from a wide range of backgrounds with empathy, professionalism, and respect.

• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Indoor, climate-controlled clinic environment
• OSHA Category #1: potential exposure to blood/body fluids
• Frequent use of hands/fingers for patient care and computer work
