Job Description

We are currently working with a company which assists in taking on funeral homes, turning them around, and putting them back in positions to be successful. It is a very positive working environment, and they are looking for strong leaders who can partner with them and take over these situations with them and get things back in a positive spot! These are spots that have challenges but are exciting for leaders who see the potential and can come in and grow.

Looking for a Managing Funeral Director

• They currently have a spot open at this moment in north central Montana.
• They have 3 locations and do about 80-100 calls currently each year.
• They are looking for a strong leader who can come in and oversee these locations, look for upgrades to be made at the locations, hire accordingly and build staff around them to partner together and grow long-term.
• These are great spots for people who are looking for management roles and thrive with growth.
• There is also lots of room within the company to grow with other leadership roles available.

This is a company which pays a very competitive wage and looks to add incentive and bonus programs with their managers that I do not typically see. They want to reward everyone who is doing the job the way it should be done.
