Branch Operations Manager
60-75K Base + Bonus Program
The Operations Managerisresponsible for coordinating the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors) and inside office operations. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules,assisting with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed,monitoringwork progress,maintaina high levelofcustomercommunication,managelabor expenses,oversee inventory,order materials as needed,management reports,supervise and train operations staff, resolve service requests, other duties as assigned.

- Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness
- Trackand managelabor and material costs
- Review and/or perform all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly closings,
- Ensureall employee personnel and payroll information is processed
- Maintain and improvebranch productioncycle time
- Review concernswith

- Manage inventory and warehouse

Knowledge and Work Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction field operations, with a focus onbathrooms, doors,siding, and windows.
Good problem-solving skills are required. Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently.
Mustbe well organized and have the ability to think on your feet.
Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and be able to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both our customers and our employees/subcontractors.

- 1. Revenue projections of branch
- 2.90 daybranch quality
- 3. Project timelines
- 4. Customer service surveys, top score of 90% or better
- 5. Office operations
