Position Overview- CMA – Assist in examination, treatment, or diagnostic procedures as requested under physician direction. Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers. Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete prior authorizations, and support the team. Direct CNAs and schedulers; receive direction from providers, nurses, coordinators, managers, and supervisors.
- LPN – Provide nursing care for clinic patients within scope of licensure. Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers. Take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete prior authorizations, and support the team. Direct CNAs and schedulers; receive direction from providers, coordinators, managers, supervisors, and RNs.
- CMA – Appropriate licensure/certification and current state/federal continuing education requirements.
- LPN – Graduate of an approved nursing program and current state/federal continuing education requirements.
- CMA – BLS (Basic Life Support) and a valid CMA/RMA certification from AAMA or American Medical Technologists.
- LPN – Current State LPN license, BLS, and compliance with continuing education requirements.
- CMA – Medical terminology, basic medical assistant principles and procedures, keyboarding skills, basic office skills.
- LPN – Medical terminology, basic nursing principles and procedures, keyboarding skills, basic office skills.
