Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the housekeeping department are maintained, including cleanliness of patient areas, common areas, equipment, floor surfaces, carpets, office spaces, trash and confidential information disposal, bio-hazard disposal, windows, dusting, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, proper use of cleaning chemicals, stocking clean linen, and following company policies. Follow instructions given by shift leader, supervisor or department manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree preferred

• Knowledge of hospital cleaning protocol
• Ability to work in a physically demanding job
• Ability to follow instructions
