Support residents with safe, timely medication assistance while promoting dignity and independence.

You’ll collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families in a person-first environment.

• Administer medications per policy; document accurately
• Observe and report changes in condition promptly
• Assist with ADLs and provide supportive companionship
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
• Use healthcare software and complete task lists reliably

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Calm, compassionate presence with strong communication
• Computer comfort; quick learner of new software
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Team player who accepts feedback and builds trust

• Certified Medication Aide/Assistant roles in senior living
• Caregiving, hospitality, or customer service
• Volunteer work with vulnerable populations

• At least 18 years of age
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to carry/transfer up to 25 lbs with assistance
