Position Details- Integrated primary care team member providing brief 20‑30 minute interventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all ages in primary care clinics, working alongside primary care providers, a team of behavioral health consultants, and clinical staff.
- Works closely with primary care providers and staff using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model to develop and implement treatment plans, increase patient’s access to behavioral health care, and provide on‑the‑fly consultation for providers.
- Applicants should have an interest in or experience with brief evidence‑based interventions for individuals across the full life span, team‑based care, a wide variety of presenting concerns, and diverse patient populations.
- Flexibility in schedule: the clinic is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. We will consider both full‑time and part‑time positions.
- No call obligation.
- Education required:
LCSW or LCPC – must have active Montana licensure or ability to apply for/receive licensure prior to starting employment.
