Responsibilities include patient care activities such as checking vital signs, assisting physicians or nurse practitioners with procedures, scheduling appointments, answering telephones, and maintaining medical records. Providers direct patient care under the supervision of an RN/LPN, LVN, or physician; evaluate outcomes; and consult with other members of the healthcare team as required.

Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle changing situations. Ability to work with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and manage conflict.

Will perform all job duties as assigned and will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of licensing boards or agencies. Must comply with Benefis Health System policies and procedures.

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant license required
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting required
• BLS certification required
