Overview
A 25-bed critical access hospital serving western North Dakota is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join a close-knit, 6-provider team. This is a full-scope, outpatient-focused Pediatrics role with manageable volumes, strong support, and an unmatched financial package ideal for physicians looking to practice high-quality medicine while getting ahead financially.
Responsibilities- Outpatient based role seeing 12-14 patients per day in clinic
- 4 day work week with 1/2 day for admin work
- Up to $300,000 base salary guarantee
- Residency stipends for 2026 candidates + sign on and relocation bonuses
- $150,000 Student Loan Repayment Program + additional hospital provided student loan repayment
- 6 months of free housing - ready for move in, conveniently located near the hospital
