Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial projects in the Great Falls area. This firm has built its reputation on teamwork, integrity, and delivering projects that stand the test of time.

What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on the job site
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and trade partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects preferred
