The Administrative Assistant will assist with the administrative, operational, and record-keeping tasks of the Benchmark Montana Milestones Early Intervention program.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks of the office: customer contact, phone, email, mail, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Knowledgeable about the program processes to respond to general questions from the public in a timely manner.
  • Utilize the program's web-based tools.
  • Accept and process program referrals and assist with assignments to the early intervention team.
  • Assist the early intervention team with data entry-related items and filing.
  • Meet timelines and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers to meet all needs.
  • Comply with all standards to ensure the health and safety of all our staff and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications.
