A Conveyancing Legal Secretary
At a top Legal 500 law firm close to Dunmow, a full time role.
Office based. Requires at least 1 year, no more than 4 years experience as Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Conveyancing Fee Earner with administrative tasks
- File management
- Diary management
- Arranging appointments
- Opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Data processing and management
- Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
- Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training provided)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused
- Salary £27,000-£30,000, dependent on experience
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
- Auto-enrolment pension
