Where will you be working?

Brookside Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU) is located in Great Barrington, MA and helps girls ages 6–21 who have serious emotional and behavior challenges. Many of these students have had a hard time in other placements or have been in and out of hospitals. Our goal is to help break that cycle and find what works for each child.

We offer a safe place where students can stabilize and receive a full evaluation from a team of professionals. Each student is different, so we create a personalized plan based on their unique needs and strengths. With small classes, more staff support, and fewer students per clinician, we’re able to give each child the attention they need.

After the evaluation, we make a plan for what’s next—this could mean moving to a less‑restrictive program, returning home, or continuing care at Brookside if more support is still needed.

YOUR COMPENSATION: $22.00/hr - $25.25/hr

• Raise when passing the Para Pro Assessment: $1040
• Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
• Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
• Raise when obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician credential in-house with us: $3120

High School Diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
